BodemEnergieNL
BodemenergieNL is the sector organisation for all companies and organisations that are in any way involved in geothermal energy.
The Dutch government actively aims to promote the sustainable use of energy and water. The use of geothermal energy, including underground energy storage, will provide a substantial contribution to this goal. BodemenergieNL has committed itself to the goal of 20.000 installed geothermal systems in The Netherlands by 2020.
BodemenergieNL is not able to do this just on its own. The organisation actively cooperates with other organisations, like Cleantech Holland, as well as other interest groups. Geothermal Energy will therefore eventually be mentioned in the same breath as other renewable energy technologies like solar, wind power and biomass.
